So i’ve managed to rough out the shapes of all the buildings, using three and six millimeter thick mdf to make the floors of the funny shaped buildings (and ghetto!). Now just need to base up the remainder then crack on with detailing, for which I have some sheets of ‘slaters treadplate’ to cut up and create a metal patchwork effect. Anyhoo progress pictures:
When i was building this piece i realised i’d need to leave the floors seperate to paint them. Then realised why not just leave them seperate…
Like the Ghetto i left the large tube clear so the gantries could be stored inside them ;)
Started the detailing here but still MUCH more to do
Still need to make some more as you can’t have to many ;P
Made these smaller bits from the most useable leftovers
